SAFETY HUB

Know when to stop.

My breaker keeps tripping. Should I reset it?

One reset after a simple overload can be reasonable. If it trips again, repeatedly, immediately, or feels hot, stop resetting it and have a licensed electrician diagnose the circuit.

What is the difference between a GFCI reset and a breaker trip?

A GFCI protects against leakage to ground and usually has TEST/RESET buttons. A breaker protects a circuit from overcurrent. Either can indicate a problem when it repeatedly trips.

When should I call about a buzzing electrical panel?

Buzzing, crackling, burning smells, discoloration or heat around electrical equipment should be treated as a priority. Do not open the panel cover yourself.

Can I install an EV charger myself?

Some plug-in equipment is straightforward, but a dedicated Level 2 circuit can require load calculations, breaker/panel capacity review and permitting. Have the installation evaluated before adding a large continuous load.

Do generators need maintenance?

Yes. Standby generators need periodic exercise, inspection and maintenance. Put the manufacturer's schedule and your maintenance plans here once finalized.

What does a service call include?

Publish your exact dispatch fee, diagnostic allowance, travel boundaries and how approved repair work is priced here. The booking widget is designed to surface those terms before the customer confirms.
